Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solution Deployment Manager to join our Implementation team. You will onboard new customers, manage all deployment phases, and work across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to translate use cases into platform configuration.

You will lead workshops, guide integrations, and ensure successful delivery while expanding product adoption and offering platform audits throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar, customer-facing role
• Deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related
• Project management skills
• Understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting
• Solution-oriented, client-first mindset
• Ability to adapt to highly technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Organized, structured, able to manage priorities across multiple implementations
• Fluent French and very good English proficiency (level B2)

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients from Kick-off to handover to support
• Drive project management to ensure successful platform deployment
• Host functional and technical workshops with clients
• Support platform integrations (SSO, third‑party tools)
• Demonstrate and pitch the value of the platform
• Develop repeatable processes to improve delivery quality
• Support strategic customers throughout their contracts
• Deliver Professional Services to existing customers
