Job summary

Affirm is seeking a remote-first Client Success professional to manage strategic merchant partnerships across industries. You will drive revenue and GMV growth by optimizing programs, renewals, and pricing while fostering strong relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes analytics, merchant performance reviews, and adoption strategies, with company-wide alignment across Analytics, Credit, and Product teams. Total rewards include health benefits, stipends, and ESPP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience, preferably in tech.
• Experience negotiating and closing commercial contracts (RFPs, renewals).
• Excellent CRM and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to review merchant performance and impact.
• Knowledge of consumer finance offerings and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts across industries to build long-term relationships.
• Oversee contract renewals, pricing updates, and expansions.
• Deliver proactive client management to drive GMV and revenue.
• Analyze merchant performance and recommend programs to improve adoption.
• Manage merchant health to maximize value for affirm and partners.
• Coordinate across Analytics, Credit, Tech, Marketing, and Product teams.
