Job summary

Affim is seeking a Client Success Lead to drive revenue and GMV growth with merchant partners. You will manage post-sale relationships, renewals, pricing updates, and strategic programs to boost product adoption and value realization.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B client-facing roles, strong relationship management, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams. Remote-first with some in-person onboarding and travel may occur.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience in a high-tech setting.
• Experience negotiating and closing commercial contracts (e.g., RFPs, renewals).
• Excellent customer relationship management with strategic accounts.
• Strong cross-functional project management and detail orientation.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Analytical ability to review merchant performance and impact.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of merchant accounts to foster long-term relationships.
• Own contract renewals, pricing updates, and expansions.
• Deliver proactive client strategy to grow GMV and revenue.
• Analyze merchant performance and recommend adoption programs.
• Maintain merchant relationship health to maximize value for both sides.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Credit, Tech, Marketing, and Product.
