Job summary

As a Client Success Manager, you will nurture a portfolio of merchant accounts across industries, focusing on long-term partnerships and value creation, while aligning with Analytics, Product, Marketing, Credit teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience in tech or payments.
• Experience negotiating and closing commercial contracts (e.g., RFPs, renewals).
• Strong CRM management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce and analytics tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of merchant accounts and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee contract renewals, pricing updates, and expansions.
• Implement proactive client management to grow GMV and revenue.
• Analyze merchant performance and recommend programs to improve adoption.
