The Client Success Lead will manage a portfolio of merchant partners, drive revenue and GMV growth, and coordinate across Analytics, Credit, Marketing, and Product to optimize programs and outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong relationship management, strategic account leadership, and rigorous program management to support deployment and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience in tech.
• Experience negotiating and closing commercial contracts (e.g., RFPs, renewals).
• Excellent CRM and relationship management skills with strategic accounts.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities to review merchant performance and report impact.
• Knowledge of consumer finance offerings, integrated software solutions, and e-commerce preferred.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of merchant accounts across industries to foster long-term relationships.
• Oversee contract renewals, pricing updates, and expansions.
• Deliver proactive client management to drive GMV and revenue growth.
• Analyze merchant performance and recommend programs to boost adoption and marketing.
• Maintain merchant health to maximize value for affirm and partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Analytics, Credit, Tech, Marketing, and Product.
