Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services seeks a Senior Presales Solution Architect to join our US team. The role requires deep fintech architectural expertise and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into winning business solutions.

You will lead end-to-end presales, design scalable architectures, and articulate value to engineers and executives while traveling as needed. This is a US-based, full-time role with travel requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or similar deeply technical roles in US fintech.
• Proven leadership of architecture-driven engagements in fintech or payments.
• Hands-on expertise with mobile money, digital wallets, API ecosystems, and microservices.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executives.
• Strong written and presentation skills, with experience in RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentation.
• Lead technical authority in customer engagements for architectural fit.
• Architect scalable solutions spanning mobile money, wallets, payments, APIs, and inclusion.
• Design integration and systems architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability.
• Build narratives linking technical capability to business value for engineers and execs.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Handover to delivery, coordinating with sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Monitor US fintech trends and regulatory shifts, feeding insights to strategy.
• Create reusable assets like reference architectures and demo environments.
• Mentor colleagues to grow presales architecture depth and partner engagements.
