Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services seeks a Senior Presales Solution Architect to own the technical presales lifecycle, partnering with customers to design and articulate scalable fintech solutions. You will lead architecture discussions, craft solution blueprints, and build trust with engineering and executive stakeholders in the US market.

This US-based, full-time role requires deep fintech expertise, hands-on architectural know-how, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services technology organizations in the US.
• Proven track record of leading architecture-driven fintech engagements.
• Hands-on understanding of fintech platforms, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech environments.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions spanning mobile money, digital wallets, payment processing, and API ecosystems.
• Design integration and systems architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability in US financial services.
• Build compelling solution narratives linking technical capability to business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses differentiating us on merit and value.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure what is sold can be built and scaled.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscape, feeding insights into strategy.
• Create reusable technical assets and reference architectures to raise team capability.
• Mentor colleagues to grow solution architecture depth across presales and partnerships.
