Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect to join our US team.

This role demands deep fintech architecture expertise, end-to-end presales leadership, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value for customers. You will design scalable solutions spanning mobile money, digital wallets, payments, and API ecosystems, while working with executives and engineering teams to win strategic engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles in fintech or financial services in the US.
• Proven track record leading architecture-driven engagements in fintech/payments with end-to-end ownership.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of fintech platforms: mobile money, digital payments, wallet infra, APIs, microservices, cloud.
• Strong grasp of payments fundamentals: processing, security, data integration, scalability, resilience.
• Ability to translate deep technical detail into business value for execs.
• Excellent technical writing, presentation, and RFP response skills.
• Collaborative, customer-first mindset with credibility across technical/business stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in a US-based role within a global org.
• Existing US fintech network is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements and solutions architecture design.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions across mobile money, wallets, payments, APIs and inclusion use cases.
• Address security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability in US financial services architectures.
• Build solution narratives linking technical capability to business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses differentiating us on merit and value.
• Facilitate handoffs to delivery with cross-functional teams to ensure buildable, scalable solutions.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscape; feed insights to strategy.
• Create reusable assets: reference architectures, demos, integration patterns, docs.
• Mentor colleagues and grow solution architecture depth across presales and partner engagements.
