MVB Financial Corp. (MVB Bank, Inc.) is seeking a Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to own profitability modeling and pricing for fintech relationships.

You will partner with senior leaders to define pricing methodologies, thresholds, and contract terms, while guiding supporting Finance staff and cross-functional teams. The role can be fully remote within the United States and requires strong Excel modeling, forecasting, and strategic finance capabilities to influence balance sheet,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• Experience in banking and fintech environments preferred.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and financial analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Fintech profitability strategy, including methodology and return requirements for evaluating relationships.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess client profitability and advise executive management.
• Prepare pricing recommendations across components: fees, deposits, earnings credits, revenue share, minimum balances, and contract terms.
• Lead Finance reviews during client evaluations and present to Fintech Oversight Committee.
• Communicate pricing strategy to Fintech team during discussions and renegotiations of contracts.
• Collaborate with Head of Business Development and Chief Deposit Officer on fintech strategy.
• Serve as liaison with vendors, auditors, and sponsor bank counterparts.
