Job summary

MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to drive profitability for the Fintech division. You will partner with senior leaders and the Fintech team to model financials, set pricing structures, and ensure strategic alignment with company goals.

You will own profitability analyses, support pricing and contract terms, and provide clear guidance to executives and stakeholders while contributing to forecasting and budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to construct complex Excel models and financial projections.
• Strong knowledge of banking economics, deposits, earnings credit, and net interest margin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the profitability strategy for the Fintech division.
• Create and maintain financial models and projections for client profitability.
• Prepare pricing recommendations for Fintech clients including deposits, fees and terms.
• Lead finance reviews and present recommendations to governance committees.
• Collaborate with senior Fintech leadership on pricing strategy and financial analysis.
• Maintain and update profitability reports and rolling forecasts.
• Support weekly/monthly updates to senior management and stakeholders.
