Job summary

MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to lead profitability strategy and pricing for the Fintech division within the Finance Department. You will partner with senior leaders to optimize client profitability and pricing terms across engagements.

The role requires strong financial modeling, collaboration with executives, and oversight of pricing metrics and governance through committees. Remote-friendly with US-based residency requirements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• Strong ability to build and interpret complex Excel models.
• Experience forecasting and analyzing unit economics and partner performance.
• Familiarity with BaaS and payments business models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead, manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own profitability strategy for Fintech relationships including methodology and return requirements.
• Create and maintain financial models and projections for client profitability.
• Prepare pricing for new Fintech clients across fee structures, pricing and terms.
• Lead Finance review during client evaluation and present to the Fintech Oversight Committee.
• Collaborate with senior Fintech leaders to refine pricing strategy.
• Ensure data quality to analyze profitability and partner performance.
