MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to lead profitability strategy and pricing for its Fintech division. This role sits in Finance, partners with senior Fintech leaders, and informs pricing and contract terms for a growing portfolio.

The role demands extensive Excel modeling, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize returns and drive strategic pricing decisions across the organization.

Formación

• An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related business discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to construct complex and advanced Excel models.
• Working knowledge of banking economics, including deposit pricing, earnings credit, and the drivers of net interest margin.
• Familiarity with Banking as a Service (BaaS) and payments business models.
• Familiarity with sponsor bank economics.
• Demonstrated experience in forecasting and in the analysis of unit economics and partner level performance data.
• Strong analytical, investigative, documentation, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong ownership of, and accountability for, work product.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners and executive management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Advanced technical computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Highly organized, driven, and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Own profitability strategy for Fintech relationships and pricing methodology.
• Develop and maintain financial models and projections to assess client profitability.
• Prepare pricing recommendations for new Fintech clients, including fee structures and contract terms.
• Lead Finance reviews and present recommendations to committees.
• Collaborate with Fintech leadership on strategy and pricing requirements.
• Produce rolling monthly forecasts with a 24‑month horizon.
• Support internal audits and regulatory examinations.
