Job summary

Acuity IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our Client Experience team. You will onboard customers, configure mappings and API connections, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Success teams to deliver precise fintech implementations.

You will troubleshoot data issues, document configurations, and drive process improvements, leveraging SQL, data warehousing, and JavaScript/PHP skills in a remote India setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in technical implementations, data operations, or systems integration (fintech/SaaS).
• Strong SQL and Datawarehouse, understanding of data models and schema design.
• Working experience on JavaScript and/or PHP.
• SQL query optimization.
• Domain knowledge of regulated, high-volume transaction processing systems in banking/credit unions preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot across the entire tech stack with curiosity.
• Passion for building high-quality, maintainable products.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical users.
• Full-stack development and client-facing implementation experience preferred but not required.
• Familiar with CRM or ERP platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and go-live for customer implementations.
• Configure data mapping, file transfers, and API connections.
• Design, develop and modify solutions meeting customer needs.
• Serve as a key contact for customers during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and fintech vendors to resolve issues.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and connectivity problems.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements to speed up implementations.
