Job summary

Octus is seeking an Implementation Specialist to own the onboarding experience for clients, configuring the LevPro platform to match each client’s workflows and guiding data migrations. You will coordinate with sales, data, customer success and product teams to deliver scalable, client-focused solutions and train new users for rapid adoption.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in client-facing software implementation and/or project management, fintech/SaaS.
• 3-5 years in Leveraged Credit / Fixed Income.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and data tools.
• Experience using AI models (Claude, ChatGPT).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients, from scoping through go-live.
• Translate client workflows into system configuration and document details.
• Coordinate and test third-party integrations with engineering and partners.
• Lead training sessions and build documentation/FAQs for client teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues while keeping clients informed.
• Partner with sales to ensure seamless handoff and long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation tools and processes.
