Job summary

MVB Bank is seeking a Fintech Implementations Manager to lead onboarding of fintech programs from design through go-live. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong project management, regulatory knowledge, and client-facing skills, with remote work options for qualified candidates in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years in program/project implementation within financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Experience with client onboarding in regulated financial institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day program owner for fintech onboarding engagements from kickoff through go-live.
• Develop onboarding plans with timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources across workstreams.
• Lead kickoff and status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to track progress.
• Coordinate across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Technology to align requirements.
• Translate regulatory requirements into concrete program tasks and checkpoints.
• Apply onboarding framework consistently and share feedback for improvement.
• Support readiness reviews and go/no-go discussions for engagements.
• Provide regular status reports with risk and delay flags to leadership.
• Maintain onboarding documentation including RAID logs and milestone trackers.
• Act as day-to-day contact for fintech clients during implementation.
