WhiteTech, a remote-first fintech company, is seeking a Business Analyst to help shape product offerings through detailed business analysis, market understanding, and close collaboration with internal and external partners.
You will gather requirements, develop use cases and user stories, analyze trends, and support API/SDK integrations while ensuring solutions meet customer needs.
This role demands strong communication, English proficiency, Agile experience, and a proactive, innovative mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, business, finance, or related field.
- 3+ years as Business Analyst or Product Manager.
- Experience in B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
Responsabilités
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis for fintech projects.
- Analyze industry trends, benchmarking against competitors.
- Collect and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and focus groups.
- Create use cases, user stories, and product documentation.
- Work with third-party developers to integrate API/SDK products.
- Provide technical support to sales, operations, and partner teams.
- Prepare integration manuals and client training materials.
- Demonstrate product capabilities to stakeholders.
