Prelim, a remote-first banking platform, is hiring an Implementation Architect to help banks launch and optimize digital experiences. You will configure banking workflows in our no-code platform, manage client relationships, and lead multiple implementations with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize banking workflows using our no-code platform
• Lead client calls and manage multiple concurrent implementations
• Manage complex, high-impact projects including onboarding, maintenance, treasury, and lending
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and help them leverage the platform effectively
• Provide strategic insights to product teams for platform improvements
• Build and maintain relationships with banking executives and operations teams across clients
