Job summary

Acuity IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our Client Experience team. You will onboard customers, configure mappings and API connections, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Success teams to deliver precise fintech implementations.

You will troubleshoot data issues, document configurations, and drive process improvements, leveraging SQL, data warehousing, and JavaScript/PHP skills in a remote India setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in technical implementations, data operations, or systems integration (fintech/SaaS).
• Strong SQL and Datawarehouse, understanding of data models and schema design.
• Working experience on JavaScript and/or PHP.
• SQL query optimization.
• Domain knowledge of regulated, high-volume transaction processing systems in banking/credit unions preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot across the entire tech stack with curiosity.
• Passion for building high-quality, maintainable products.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical users.
• Full-stack development and client-facing implementation experience preferred but not required.
• Familiar with CRM or ERP platforms and APIs.

Job description

Position: Implementation Analyst

Department: Client Experience

Location: India (Remote) (7 PM- 4 AM)

Purpose

As a member of our development team, you will be working with individual customers to uncover, develop

and implement solutions in the banking and credit union space. You have strong SQL skills and experience with programming languages like JavaScript, who takes pride in your work. You are naturally curious,

analytical and a skilled collaborator. This is an opportunity for you to use your database, programming, and highly developed interpersonal skills to find just the right solution.

What youll own:

• Product Specialist: Absorb a deep understanding of our products and how each customer can ideally leverage our platform.
• Client Onboarding: Lead and support customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Configuration & Testing: Configure data mapping, file transfers, and API connections proprietary tools, and perform validation testing. You'll be designing, developing and modifying amazing solutions that meet each customer's business needs.
• Customer Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for customers during onboarding, uncover their unique business needs and collaboratively implement creative solutions.
• Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and fintech vendors to resolve technical issues and align integration requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, mapping errors, and connectivity issues, escalating to technical teams as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of configurations, customer requirements, and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements that improve implementation speed, consistency, and quality. You should consistently stretch yourself intellectually challenging conventional thinking with your positive and curious mind.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in technical implementations, data operations, or systems integration (fintech, SaaS, or preferred financial services)
• Strong command of SQL and Datawarehouse. Understanding of Data Models and Schema Design, Store procedures, functions.
• Working experience on JavaScript and/or PHP.
• SQL query optimization
• Domain knowledge of highly regulated, high volume transaction processing systems experience in the banking or credit union space preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot across the entire tech stack with an intense curiosity you love figuring things out
• Passionate about building quality products that perform well under pressure and are easyto maintain
• Strong communications skills and the ability to articulate issues to non-technical users
• Full stack development and client facing implementation experience preferred but not required
• Familiar with CRM or ERP platforms and experience either presenting or consuming APIs

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Familiarity with data integration methods such as ETL/ELT, SFTP, and secure file transfers.
• Ability to read application logs and troubleshoot issues across databases, APIs, and file-transfer workflows.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks, including identifying and resolving mismatches in high-volume datasets.
• Familiarity with source control (Git) and basic scripting or automation to improve repeatable implementation tasks.
• Awareness of secure handling of sensitive financial and customer data, role-based access, and data privacy principles.
• Ability to translate customer workflows and business requirements into technical mappings, configuration notes, and clear implementation documentation.
• Experience coordinating implementation milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder updates across multiple concurrent projects.
