Job summary

N3XT is seeking a Client Success Analyst to join our Remote North America team. You will onboard clients, implement systems, and provide ongoing support across product questions, onboarding inquiries, and payment issues.

Collaborate with Compliance, Bank Operations, Engineering, and Infrastructure to ensure a smooth client experience. Ideal candidates bring a customer-focused mindset, experience with Intercom or APIs, and a passion for automating repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years in customer support, onboarding, or integration.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
• Intercom experience is a plus.
• Experience with KYC/onboarding processes is a plus.
• Experience working with APIs is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to solve technical problems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Front line support for the client base across multi-channel communications (email, chat).
• Participate in the full lifecycle of client support inquiries (product questions, onboarding, payments).
• Collaborate with Compliance, Bank Operations, Business Development, Engineering and Infrastructure to support clients.
• Assist in client onboarding and streamline processes across segments.
• Support client and vendor integrations using API technologies; test and certify tools through go-live and BAU.
• Identify and debug application issues with Engineering teams.
• Contribute to public documentation (FAQs, guides, API docs).
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
