Job summary
Velera is seeking a Client Delivery Analyst III to drive successful implementations of complex debit/credit projects for financial institutions. You will lead client consultations, map requirements, and coordinate project plans with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Responsibilities include gap analysis, testing, post-implementation support, and knowledge transfer to junior staff. A background in Connex System and payments is highly valued in a remote-first environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Seven years of experience in the payment processing industry.
- Five years of experience in business or system analysis.
- Three years of client facing project support experience.
- Connex System experience strongly desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead client consultations on business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate all phases of project delivery and testing.
- Provide post-implementation support and on-site assistance as needed.
- Mentor less tenured Analysts and assist in training.
