Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales representative for SME & Growth in the US. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to onboarding and early customer success—translating fintech capabilities into clear business value.

You’ll build expertise in payments, cross-border, billing, and spend management to help ecommerce, SaaS, and growth companies scale globally. This remote role welcomes candidates across the Eastern Time Zone (excluding NYC metro).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-cycle fintech sales experience.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or solution-based selling environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS or subscription businesses, spend management or finance teams.
• Consistent pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management to help SME and Growth customers solve complex financial challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s financial technology suite around clear customer and business value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology partners to move opportunities forward and support strong customer outcomes.
• Improve the sales motion by developing new verticals, documenting best practices, representing Airwallex at relevant industry events, and setting a high standard through strong performance and teamwork.
