Airwallex is seeking an experienced SME & Growth sales professional to expand our presence in the US SME market. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to onboarding—translating complex fintech capabilities into clear business value for ecommerce, SaaS, and other growth-focused clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle fintech sales experience or proven success selling into finance departments.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or solution-based selling environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS, or subscription businesses, spend management, or finance teams.
• Consistent pipeline generation and outbound prospecting experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management to help SME and Growth customers solve complex financial challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s financial technology suite around clear customer and business value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology teams to move opportunities forward and support strong outcomes.
• Improve the sales motion by documenting best practices, exploring new verticals, and representing Airwallex at events.
