Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a high-capacity SME & Growth salesperson to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and early customer success. You will articulate complex fintech solutions, drive revenue, and build industry knowledge across payments and spend management.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in pipeline generation and exceeding targets, with experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or professional services. This remote role is US-based (ETZ) outside NYC metro.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-cycle fintech sales experience or success selling into finance departments.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or solution-based selling environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS, subscription businesses, spend management, or finance teams.
• Consistent pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management to help SME and Growth customers solve financial challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s financial technology suite around clear customer and business value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology to move opportunities forward and ensure strong outcomes.
• Improve the sales motion by developing new verticals, documenting best practices, and representing Airwallex at events.
