Airwallex is seeking driven Account Executives to join the SME & Growth Business team in the Americas. You will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close, while coordinating internal stakeholders for onboarding and strong customer outcomes.

In this remote role for candidates in the US, you will translate complex payments platforms into business value for SME customers across ecommerce, SaaS, and technology sectors, and you will represent Airwallex at industry

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle fintech sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS, spend management, or finance teams.
• Proven pipeline generation and outbound efforts.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including ramping and early customer success.
• Develop deep product expertise in Airwallex’s platform, especially payments and cross-border capabilities.
• Exceed revenue targets through strategic positioning of our fintech solutions.
• Conduct technical and commercial consultations to identify client needs.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and strategy teams to negotiate contracts.
• Refine sales processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Set the standard for sales excellence with documentation and teamwork.
