Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to drive the Finance & Accounting AI transformation agenda. You will partner with Finance, IT, and Data stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, govern the roadmap, and deliver scalable AI-enabled finance solutions.

You will build and govern an enterprise AI program, work on governance, ROI realization, and change management, and mentor teams through AI-enabled finance processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Finance or Accounting Transformation with 3+ years delivering AI/automation initiatives.
• Experience standing up or scaling AI transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A, and Controls frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (Sr. Director/VP/CFO).
• Education aligned with finance/accounting information systems; advanced certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the F&A AI transformation roadmap, governance, and operating model.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases with ROI, feasibility, and change impact.
• Oversee proof-of-concept delivery and scale successful pilots into production.
• Design and deliver role-based learning paths for AI-enabled finance work.
• Establish and monitor finance-specific AI guidelines, data handling, and auditability.
