Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Finance Transformation leader to manage the AI transformation roadmap, partnering with IT and data stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and scale AI enablement across Finance & Accounting. You will drive governance, program design, and ROI tracking while guiding change management and adoption.

With 12+ years in Finance/Accounting transformation and 3+ years delivering AI initiatives, you will influence senior stakeholders and help ensure successful

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
• 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience standing up and/or scaling AI transformation programs.
• Strong working knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes (Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls).
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders (Sr. Director / VP / CFO).

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain AI transformation roadmap: intake, prioritization, and implementation.
• Evaluate AI platforms and tools; oversee proof of concept delivery.
• Lead AI enablement programs and role-based learning paths for F&A.
• Provide executive updates on portfolio, outcomes and risks.
