Job summary
CrowdStrike seeks a senior Finance Transformation leader to drive the AI transformation roadmap and governance for F&A. You will partner with IT, Data, and Finance to identify high-value AI opportunities and scale AI-enabled processes across Quote-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, FP&A and Controls.
You will design role-based learning, build an AI Champions network, and ensure governance compliance while reporting KPIs and executive updates.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in Finance/Accounting Transformation with AI/automation experience.
- Experience standing up or scaling AI transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls frameworks.
- Proven track record influencing Sr. Director/VP-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/IS; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
- Experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
- Maintain F&A AI roadmap, project intake, prioritization and delivery.
- Evaluate AI platforms and Finance AI tools; monitor tooling landscape.
- Partner with Finance Process Leads to surface high-value AI opportunities.
- Oversee AI solution delivery from PoC to production scaling.
- Lead AI enablement programs and change management initiatives.
