Job summary
CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the Finance & Accounting AI transformation across global processes.
You will partner with Finance, IT, and Data to identify high-value AI use cases, build scalable AI solutions, and roll out enablement programs while ensuring governance and risk controls. The role requires deep experience in finance transformation and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders, with a focus on delivering measurable ROI and value realization across
Qualifications
- 12+ years in Finance or Accounting Transformation with AI/automation experience.
- Proven ability to stand up and scale AI transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A and controls.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern the F&A AI operating model and roadmap.
- Partner with process leads to surface high-value AI opportunities.
- Oversee proof-of-concept delivery with IT, Data, Security and Vendors.
- Design role-based AI learning paths for Finance functions.
- Establish and report KPIs on adoption and value realization.
