You will partner with process leads and IT to identify high-value AI opportunities and drive scalable AI-enabled changes across core finance processes.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
• 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls Frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain F&A AI transformation roadmap with project intake and prioritization.
• Evaluate new AI platforms and tools for Finance use cases.
• Lead AI solution proof-of-concept delivery with IT, Data, Security, and Vendors.
• Design learning paths for Finance professionals on prompt craft and tool fluency.
