Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation leader to own and drive the AI transformation roadmap for the Finance & Accounting function.

You will partner with process leads, IT and data stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities, build scalable AI solutions, and govern adoption across the finance organization. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in Finance/Accounting transformation with 3+ years delivering AI or automation programs, a deep understanding of close,

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
• 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A, controls frameworks.
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders (Sr. Director / VP / CFO).
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, IS or related discipline; MBA, CPA, CMA preferred.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI transformation roadmap for F&A.
• Partner with Finance & Accounting Process Leads to surface high-value AI opportunities.
• Oversee AI solution proof-of-concept delivery with IT, Data, Security, and Vendors.
• Establish and enforce data handling, model risk, SOX, auditability, and human-in-the-loop requirements.
• Report adoption, productivity, and value-realized KPIs to executives.
