Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced leader to drive Finance & Accounting AI transformation. You will partner with functional leaders and IT/Data to identify high-value AI use cases, build and scale AI solutions, roll out enablement programs, and establish governance.

Lead roadmap governance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure integration with finance systems while delivering measurable ROI and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
• 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of core Finance processes (Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls).
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders (Sr. Director / VP / CFO-level).
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, IS or related discipline; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain F&A AI transformation roadmap including intake, prioritization, and implementation.
• Evaluate new AI platforms and Finance AI tools; assess ROI and feasibility.
• Manage AI solution proof-of-concept delivery with IT, Data, Security, and Vendors.
• Design and deliver role-based learning paths for Finance & Accounting teams.
