CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive Finance & Accounting AI transformation, aligning strategy with IT and data stakeholders to unlock high-value use cases. You will own the roadmap, governance, and change programs while partnering with process leads to realize measurable ROI.

The role requires 12+ years in finance transformation with AI experience; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred. Remote-friendly with a global impact and competitive compensation.

Formación

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
• At least 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A, and Controls.
• Proven experience influencing Sr. Director / VP / CFO level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, IS or related; MBA, CPA, CMA preferred.
• Proven experience utilizing AI to improve decision-making and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain F&A’s AI transformation roadmap including project intake, prioritization, and implementation.
• Evaluate new AI platforms and Finance tools; manage ROI and feasibility.
• Lead AI enablement programs and change-management within Finance teams.
• Establish and report adoption, productivity, quality, and value-realized KPIs.
