Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation leader to drive the AI transformation roadmap across Finance & Accounting. You will partner with IT, Data, and business stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities, oversee pilots, and scale successful implementations into production.

The role focuses on building governance, enabling finance teams through AI-enabled processes, and ensuring compliance with SOX and data handling standards. Remote-friendly, with global impact.

Qualifications

12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
Strong working knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes (Close, Consolidation, FP&A).

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
Identify high-value AI opportunities with process leads and stake holders.
Oversee AI solution proof of concept delivery with IT, Data, Security, and Vendors.
Establish Finance-specific AI guidelines aligned to enterprise AI policy and SOX requirements.
