Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own and advance the Finance & Accounting AI transformation roadmap.

You will partner with key stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities, define governance, and oversee pilot-to-production deployments across global finance systems. The role emphasizes enabling AI-driven decision making, managing change, and delivering measurable ROI while aligning with SOX and data security requirements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation, with at least 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience standing up and/or scaling AI transformation programs.
• Strong working knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes (Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls Frameworks).
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders (Sr. Director / VP / CFO-level).

Responsibilities

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain F&A’s AI transformation roadmap including project intake, prioritization, and implementation.
• Evaluate AI platforms, ERP/Finance tools, and Finance AI solutions.
• Design and deliver role-based learning paths for the Finance & Accounting function.
