You will partner with F&A process owners and IT to define the AI roadmap, establish governance, and scale pilots into production across global finance systems. The role requires 12+ years in finance or accounting transformation, with 3+ years delivering AI initiatives, and a track record influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation
• 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls Frameworks
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders (Sr. Director / VP / CFO)
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, IS or related discipline; MBA, CPA, CMA preferred
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive outcomes

Responsabilités

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain F&A AI transformation roadmap including project intake, prioritization, and implementation.
• Evaluate new AI platforms, embedded ERP/Enterprise systems AI features, and specialist Finance AI tools.
• Maintain a current view of the Finance AI tooling landscape and recommend investment.
• Partner with Finance & Accounting Process Leads to surface high-value AI opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized portfolio of use cases with ROI, feasibility, risk, and change impact.
• Track benefits realization post-deployment and refine the pipeline.
• Manage AI solution proof-of-concept delivery with IT, Data, Security, and Vendors.
• Ensure AI solutions integrate with finance systems and scale pilots to Production.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and lead vendor selection where applicable.
• Design and deliver role-based learning paths for Finance – from analyst to Controller.
• Build and run a Finance AI Champions network to drive adoption.
• Lead change management and measure capability uplift.
• Establish Finance-specific AI guidelines aligned to policy (data handling, model risk, SOX, auditability, human-in-the-loop).
• Educate the function on acceptable use and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with Security, Vendor Risk, Legal, and Internal Audit.
• Define and report adoption, productivity, quality, and value-realized KPIs.
• Provide Exec-ready updates on Finance AI portfolio, outcomes, and risks.
