Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support to Abbott Diagnostics customers.
- Installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of instruments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve instrument issues, document actions per quality system.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet service metrics.
- Travel up to 75% within the territory; work with remote tools to monitor instruments.
