Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to Abbott Diagnostic Division customers.
• Support field personnel and district business objectives and goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer instrument issues per procedures.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and installations as needed.
