Job summary

Abbott Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service professional to provide on-site support to customers, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve complex instrument issues. The role emphasizes adherence to quality and regulatory standards while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Engineering degree in Bio Medical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Medical Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to Abbott Diagnostics customers.
• Support field personnel and district goals; mentor other FSRs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on instruments per process database.
• Document resolution to maintain Quality System and regulatory compliance.
• Travel up to 50% and respond to customer needs with cross-functional collaboration.
