Abbott Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide on-site support for ADD customers. This remote role requires up to 50% travel within the territory and living in the Birmingham, AL area.

You will work with sales and service teams to ensure instrument performance and timely issue resolution. You will troubleshoot, install, and perform preventive maintenance on diagnostic instruments, document actions per quality systems, and uphold safety standards while delivering

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience interfacing with customers preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Abbott Diagnostics to customers and provide on-site support.
• Support field personnel and district objectives and goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve instrument issues for customers.
• Document resolution steps per Quality System guidelines.
• Schedule routine preventive maintenance and installations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
