Job summary

Pave America HQ LLC is seeking a hands-on Sales Trainer to empower our sales teams and estimators across the country to master PavementSoft, follow SOPs, and build accurate estimates.

You will travel up to 70% to client sites and operating company offices, delivering in-person training, coaching on production rates, and ensuring adoption of standard processes. A background in paving sales or estimating and strong training skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paving sales, estimating, project management, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of paving production rates, crew sizes, equipment, and yields.
• Proven ability to learn software quickly and teach it to diverse teams.
• Track record of training, coaching, or onboarding sales or estimating teams.
• Experience building and enforcing standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Travel to operating companies to deliver hands-on training for sales and estimators.
• Train teams to use PavementSoft across lead management, estimating, bidding, and handoff.
• Coach on SOPs and review adherence during site visits.
• Develop training materials and assessments with the Center of Excellence.
• Track training completion, software adoption, and SOP compliance.
