Pave America is seeking a proactive Sales Trainer to empower our sales teams and estimators across the country. You will lead hands-on PavementSoft training, enforce standard operating procedures, and help teams convert leads into accurate, profitable estimates.

You will onboard new staff, develop training materials with the Center of Excellence, and support adoption and SOP compliance during site visits and client interactions. This role requires up to 70% travel.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience in paving sales, estimating, project management, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of paving production rates, crew sizes, equipment, and material yields.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to operating companies nationwide to deliver hands-on, in-person training.
• Train sales teams and estimators to use PavementSoft and follow SOPs from lead through handoff to operations.
• Coach on building accurate estimates using standard production rates, crew/equipment assumptions, material quantities, and cost standards.
• Onboard new salespeople and estimators to PavementSoft and the company processes.
• Develop and maintain training materials and assessments with the Center of Excellence.
