Job summary

BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC in Warrenton, VA is seeking a hands-on Sales Trainer to empower our field teams across the United States. The role travels up to 70% to client sites and operating companies, delivering in-person training on PavementSoft, sales processes, and standard operating procedures.

You will coach estimators and salespeople, build training materials, and track adoption and SOP compliance, while coordinating with the Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

• 5 years in paving sales, estimating, PM, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of production rates and profitability drivers.
• Able to learn software quickly and teach it to others.
• Proven track record training, coaching, or onboarding.
• Experience building, following, and enforcing SOPs.
• Excellent presentation and coaching skills.
• Strong business partnering and relationship building.
• Self-directed and travel-ready.
• MS 365 proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license.
• PavementSoft experience a plus.
• Estimator/account manager experience a plus.
• Adult learning or train-the-trainer experience a plus.
• Acquisitions integrations experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business/construction mgmt, or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Travel to operating companies nationwide to deliver hands-on training.
• Train teams to use PavementSoft from lead to handoff.
• Enforce SOPs and review adherence during site visits.
• Coach estimators on building accurate estimates.
• Explain how production rates affect bid pricing and margins.
• Assist integration of acquired companies onto standards.
• Onboard new salespeople and estimators on PavementSoft and processes.
• Ride along on customer visits to coach in real situations.
• Develop and maintain training materials with Center of Excellence.
• Track training completion and adoption; report progress.
• Serve as field resource for PavementSoft questions.
