Job summary

Pave America is seeking a hands‑on Sales Trainer to travel across the country, delivering PavementSoft training to salespeople and estimators. You will reinforce standard operating procedures and help teams translate input into accurate, profitable estimates.

As a field-based role, you will collaborate with center of excellence, leadership, and operating companies to ensure rapid adoption of our processes and tools, while managing a heavy travel schedule and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paving or pavement maintenance sales, estimating, PM, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of paving production rates, crew sizes, equipment, yields, and profitability.
• Excellent ability to learn software quickly and teach it to diverse teams.
• Track record in training, coaching, or onboarding sales or estimating teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel to operating companies nationwide to provide hands‑on training for sales and estimators.
• Train teams to use PavementSoft from leads to handoff to operations.
• Teach SOPs and review adherence during site visits.
• Coach estimators on accurate estimates using standard rates and quantities.
• Onboard new salespeople and estimators, ensuring productive onboarding on PavementSoft.
