Job summary

Pave America, LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to support the nationwide field teams. You will travel to operating company sites to deliver hands-on PavementSoft training, reinforce SOPs, and coach sales and estimator staff.

You will also help onboard newly acquired companies, create training materials, and track program adoption across regions. Strong presentation and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paving sales, estimating, project management, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of paving production rates and profitability drivers.
• Ability to learn software quickly and teach it to diverse teams.
• Experience training, coaching, or onboarding sales or estimating teams.
• Experience building and reinforcing SOPs and best practices.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and one-on-one coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to operating companies to deliver hands-on training.
• Train teams to use PavementSoft from lead management to handoff.
• Teach and reinforce SOPs and review adherence.
• Coach estimators on building accurate estimates and costs.
• Help teams understand link between production rates and pricing.
• Integrate acquired companies onto standard systems.
• Onboard new salespeople and estimators quickly.
• Shadow customer visits to coach real-world usage.
• Develop training materials and assessments.
• Track training completion and system adoption.
• Provide field feedback to Center of Excellence.
