Pave America HQ LLC is seeking a hands-on Sales Trainer to accelerate adoption of PavementSoft across our field teams nationwide. You will travel up to 70% to partner with operating companies, deliver in‑person training, and reinforce SOPs from lead management through estimates and handoff to operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in paving or pavement maintenance, strong MS 365 skills, and a proven track record in training or onboarding sales or estimating teams.

Competenze

• 5+ years in paving or pavement maintenance sales, estimating, project management, or ops.
• Strong knowledge of paving production rates, crew sizes, equipment, daily output, material yields.
• Proven ability to learn software quickly and teach it to sales teams.
• Track record of training, coaching, or onboarding sales or estimating teams.
• Experience building and reinforcing SOPs.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Mansioni

• Travel to operating companies nationwide to deliver hands-on in-person training.
• Train sales teams to use PavementSoft from leadmgmt through estimating, bidding, and handoff to ops.
• Reinforce SOPs and review adherence during site visits.
• Coach estimators on building accurate estimates using standard rates and quantities.
• Help integrate acquired companies onto PavementSoft and SOPs.
• Onboard new salespeople and estimators across the company.
• Partner with Center of Excellence to maintain training materials (guides, checklists, job aids, videos).
• Track training completion, PavementSoft adoption, and SOP compliance; report progress.
