Pave America, LLC is seeking a hands-on Sales Trainer to empower our sales teams and estimators to master PavementSoft, follow SOPs, and build accurate estimates. This role reports to the Center of Excellence and works closely with sales leaders across operating companies.

The position is remote/field-based with travel up to 70% across the country. The trainer will develop guides, job aids, videos, and assessments, and drive adoption of standardized processes across regions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in paving or pavement maintenance in sales, estimating, project management, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of paving production rates and cost drivers.
• Ability to learn software quickly and teach it to sales teams.

Aufgaben

• Travel to operating companies across the country to deliver hands-on, in-person training for salespeople and estimators.
• Train sales teams and estimators to use PavementSoft from lead management through estimating, bidding and handoff.
• Coach estimators on building accurate estimates using standard production rates and material quantities.
• Onboard new salespeople and estimators and ensure productive use of PavementSoft and SOPs.
• Track training completion and adoption and report progress to Center of Excellence and sales leadership.
