Job summary

BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC is seeking a remote Sales Trainer to drive adoption of PavementSoft and standard operating procedures across nationwide operating companies. You will train sales and estimating teams, coach on accurate estimating, and support post-merger integrations.

The role requires up to 70% travel, strong presentation skills, and a background in paving or pavement maintenance. You will report to the Center of Excellence and help accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Five years experience in paving/sales/estimating/ops.
• Proven ability to learn software quickly and teach it to others.
• Experience training, coaching, or onboarding sales/estimating teams.
• Experience building, following, and reinforcing SOPs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Self-directed and highly organized; able to manage travel schedule.

Responsibilities

• Travel to operating companies nationwide to deliver hands-on training for salespeople and estimators.
• Train teams to use PavementSoft from lead management to handoff to operations.
• Coach estimators on building accurate estimates using standard production rates and cost standards.
• Onboard new staff onto PavementSoft and SOPs across regions.
• Develop and maintain training materials and assessments.
• Track training completion and platform adoption with leadership.
