Job summary

BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC is seeking a hands-on Sales Trainer to enable our sales teams and estimators to master PavementSoft and follow our standard operating procedures across the country. The role involves training in-person across operating company locations, both in offices and in the field, and coaching teams to improve bid accuracy and profitability.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in paving or pavement maintenance in sales, estimating, project management, or operations.
Strong knowledge of paving production rates, crew sizes, equipment, yields, and how they affect estimates and profitability.
Ability to learn software quickly and teach it to teams with varying tech comfort.
Track record of training, coaching, or onboarding sales or estimating teams.
Experience building, following, and reinforcing standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

Travel to operating companies across the country to deliver hands-on, in-person training for salespeople and estimators.
Train teams to use PavementSoft from lead management through estimating, bidding, proposals, and handoff to operations.
Teach and reinforce SOPs for sales and estimating; review adherence during site visits.
Coach estimators on creating accurate estimates using standard production rates, crew/equipment assumptions, materials, and costs.
Help sales teams understand how production rates affect bid pricing, field performance, and margins.
Onboard new salespeople and estimators to PavementSoft, SOPs, and standards; ensure rapid productivity.
