Monil is a fast moving company delivering grazing technology to cattle operations. This remote US-based role focuses on growing in South Central and South East regions, meeting ranchers, and guiding producers through buying processes.

You will split time between on-site demos, field visits, and phone follow-ups, building trust with producers while shaping how Monil expands in the US market.

Qualificações

• Experience in field sales or agribusiness environments.
• Ability to talk with producers in ranch settings.
• Proven self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Comfort with travel and on-farm demonstrations.

Responsabilidades

• Meet directly with cattle producers and ranchers across target regions.
• Conduct on-farm demonstrations and guide producers through buying.
• Prospect opportunities via phone outreach and inbound interest.
• Support producer meetings, demo days, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Farmer Success Manager to ensure smooth starts.
• Provide field feedback to improve product fit and messaging.
• Iterate sales processes based on real-world learnings.
