Job summary

Monil in the US Midwest is expanding its field sales team, focusing on building trust with cattle producers across Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. This remote role blends on-farm demonstrations with phone and desk work to move opportunities forward.

You will travel to ranches, run demonstrations, qualify leads, close sales, and collaborate with the Farmer Success Manager to ensure smooth adoption of Monil’s grazing technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture or livestock production is a plus.
• Comfortable in both field and office settings.
• Ability to explain technical solutions simply to producers.

Responsibilities

• Meet cattle producers across KS, MO, IA, OK, NE.
• Conduct on-farm demonstrations and guide buyers through the process.
• Prospect new opportunities and close sales via calls and follow-ups.
• Support producer meetings, demo days, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with Farmer Success Manager to ensure successful onboarding.
